Strong Leadership for a Stronger Future

Teamsters Action of raising fists to support Skoog Loahr in the Teamsters 320 Officers Election and Delegate Election.

A PLATFORM FOR A STRONGER FUTURE FOR LOCAL 320

Uniting experience, passion, and a shared vision for a stronger future.

The Skoog/Loahr team is committed to a unified vision for a stronger tomorrow—a vision built on a foundation of uniting experience, passion, and a shared commitment to a prosperous future for Teamsters 320. Each of us has dedicated decades to this union, fighting on the front lines and rising through the ranks to leadership positions. We have walked picket lines, negotiated in boardrooms, and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with you, a testament to our unwavering commitment to our unified cause.

The lessons we've learned are not just points on a resume; they are the foundation of our leadership. From serving as strike captains to leading successful contract negotiations, our experience has equipped us with the unique ability to be fierce advocates in the trenches and strategic leaders at the bargaining table. We have a proven track record of fighting for justice and fairness, and our victories are a direct result of our collective strength.

As we approach the Delegate Election and Officers Election, we are ready to continue to lead Local 320. Our vision is deeply rooted in the core principle of our union: that we are stronger together. We will bring our proven track record of strength, fairness, and honesty to ensure every member's voice is heard and respected. We believe in open doors and transparent leadership.

The challenges we face are complex, but our path forward is clear. We must build on our past successes, fuel our work with the same passion that has defined our careers, and unite around a shared vision for a more powerful, more prosperous future for every member and their family. Join us in this Teamsters Action as we embark on this next chapter together, and we are honored to ask for your support.
