We have walked picket lines, negotiated in boardrooms, and stood shoulder-to-shoulder with you, a testament to our unwavering commitment to our unified cause.  

The lessons we've learned are not just points on a resume; they are the foundation of our leadership. From serving as strike captains to leading successful contract negotiations, our experience has equipped us with the unique ability to be fierce advocates in the trenches and strategic leaders at the bargaining table. We have a proven track record of fighting for justice and fairness, and our victories are a direct result of our collective strength.  

As we approach the Delegate Election and Officers Election, we are ready to continue to lead Local 320. Our vision is deeply rooted in the core principle of our union: that we are stronger together. We will bring our proven track record of strength, fairness, and honesty to ensure every member's voice is heard and respected. We believe in open doors and transparent leadership.  

The challenges we face are complex, but our path forward is clear.
